12bets Terms and Conditions – Malaysia Platform Usage Rules

1Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website, mobile app, and all services provided by 12bets through the 12bets.bar platform ("Platform"). This Platform is owned and operated by a company holding a recognized international betting licence.

These Terms apply to all users who visit, register, or use any part of the 12bets Platform — including general visitors, registered members, and any individual who interacts with our services in any way. Continued use of the Platform after the Terms update date means you accept all changes that have been made.

2Member Eligibility

To register and use 12bets services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 18 years and above at the time of registration. This is an absolute requirement that cannot be waived under any circumstances.
• Not a citizen or resident of a country where online betting is fully prohibited by local law.
• Registering under your own identity — accounts may not be registered on behalf of another person, guardian, or third party without authorisation.
• Has never been assigned or designated as a self-excluded individual from any betting platform within an active exclusion period.
• Possessing full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

3Registration & Account Management

Account registration at 12bets is free and open to all eligible individuals. During registration, you are required to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and active mobile number.

• One account only: Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account at 12bets at any given time. Holding multiple accounts — whether under your own name or using a false identity — is a serious violation that may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• Password confidentiality: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 12bets will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone.
• KYC Verification: Before your first withdrawal is processed, members are required to complete the identity verification (KYC) process by uploading a valid identification document such as a MyKad or passport. This is mandatory and forms part of our commitment to member security.
• Two-factor authentication (2FA): 12bets supports and encourages the use of 2FA on every account for an added layer of security.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

12bets supports a wide range of popular deposit and withdrawal methods in Malaysia, including FPX, e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay), direct bank transfer, and cryptocurrency (USDT, Bitcoin). All financial transactions are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.

• Minimum deposit is RM 30 for most payment methods.
• Minimum withdrawal starts from RM 30 for e-wallets and RM 50 for internet banking.
• No withdrawal fees charged by 12bets. Any fees imposed by your bank or third-party platforms are the responsibility of those respective parties.
• Withdrawal processing times: e-wallets (1–5 minutes), FPX (15–60 minutes), direct bank transfer (same day).
• Withdrawals can only be made to the account or wallet registered under the same name as the 12bets account holder. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• 12bets reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawals exceeding certain limits for anti-money laundering (AML) compliance purposes.

5Bonuses & Promotions

12bets offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, weekly cashback, free spins, and free bingo tickets. All bonuses are subject to the following terms:

6Game Rules

All games on the 12bets platform — including slots, sports betting, bingo, and live casino games — are operated by licensed software providers using independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. This ensures every game outcome is fully random and fair.

• The outcome of all games is final once the round is complete. No dispute may be raised against a valid result from the gaming system.
• The use of bots, automated algorithms, or any tools that provide an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension.
• Any technical malfunction or connection interruption during gameplay will not result in an automatic win. 12bets will resolve such cases fairly based on system records.
• Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the system cannot be cancelled or modified.

7Account Security

• You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. Do not share your login information with anyone.

• 12bets will not be held liable for any losses resulting from the voluntary sharing of login credentials or negligence in protecting account information.
• Suspicious or unusual account activity may trigger an automatic security review requiring additional identity verification.

8Account Closure & Suspension

12bets reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds, including:

• Owning and simultaneously using multiple accounts
• Providing false or misleading registration information
• Fraud, money laundering, or related criminal activity
• Systematic abuse of bonus or promotion systems
• Attempts to hack, breach, or disrupt 12bets systems
• Disruptive or threatening behaviour towards other users or 12bets staff

Members also have the right to close their own account at any time by contacting the 12bets customer support team. Any remaining balance after all conditions are met will be processed for withdrawal within the stipulated timeframe.

9Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 12bets is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform, including:

• Financial losses resulting from unfavourable game outcomes
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, such as internet connection failures, natural disasters, or third-party cyberattacks
• Losses due to the user's negligence in protecting their account information
• Processing delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment processors

12bets' maximum liability to you under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount of active deposits held in your account at the time of the relevant incident.

10Responsible Gaming
