After logging in, explore your 12bets platform
For many loyal 12bets players in Malaysia, opening their account every day is more than a routine — it is a way to stay on top of the best odds and time-limited promotions. Our platform is always buzzing with new offers, live sports matches, and the latest slot titles added every week.
Once you log in, you are immediately greeted with a summary of your account — current balance, unclaimed bonuses, weekly cashback status, and your favourite match notifications. No more keeping track of all the details manually; the 12bets dashboard manages everything for you.
One thing many players love about 12bets is the convenience of access across multiple devices. Log in once on your phone and your session will also be available on your laptop without any reconfiguration. The 12bets mobile app also supports biometric login — fingerprint or facial recognition — for faster and more secure access.
For active sports betting players, logging in regularly lets you monitor the status of existing bets and make new betting decisions based on the latest developments. Odds are updated in real time, and the live betting feature is only accessible to logged-in members.
Useful Tip: Enable push notifications in the 12bets app so you never miss a flash promotion or limited-time offer that is often released without prior notice.
Every time you log in, the 12bets system displays notifications relevant to your account activity — bonuses nearing expiry, results of matches you've wagered on, and special promotions tailored to your game preferences.
The wins board in your 12bets account displays your game history, total accumulated wins, and statistics for your favourite games. This information helps you make smarter, more informed decisions about how you play.

Learn more12bets provides best-in-class technical security — but your account safety also depends on smart login habits on your part.
Your 12bets password should be different from passwords you use on other platforms. Use a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Avoid using your date of birth or names that are easy to guess.
2FA adds a second layer of protection to your account. Even if someone knows your password, they still cannot log in without the OTP code sent to your mobile number in real time.
Avoid accessing your 12bets account on public computers or phones. If you must, make sure you log out completely and do not save your login credentials in that browser.
Always access your account through the official 12bets.bar URL. Bookmark the official website in your browser to avoid falling victim to fake phishing sites.
Make sure the email address and phone number registered to your account are always active and accessible. This information is essential for the password recovery process should you encounter login issues in the future.
Even when using a personal device, best practice is to log out of your 12bets account after each gaming session. This is especially important if you share the device with family members.
Security Alert: 12bets will never ask for your password or account information via email, SMS, or social media. If you receive such a message, do not follow the instructions and report it to our support team immediately.
